Brookfield Properties (BPO)

Owns office properties in downtown New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Houston, Toronto, Calgary and Ottawa.

Corporate Office Properties (OFC)

Owns technically sophisticated buildings in visually appealing settings typically concentrated in large office parks primarily located adjacent to government demand drivers. It leases its properties to U.S. Government agencies and to information technology firms in the defense industry catering to government agencies.
