Boardwalk Pipeline Partners (BWP)

Owns natural gas pipelines serving customers in 11 states, plus underground storage fields in four states.

Copano Energy (CPNO)

Copano is a limited liability company (LLC), which is similar to an MLP, except it has no general partner. Copano owns natural gas pipelines and a natural gas processing plant in the Texas Gulf region.

Crosstex Energy (XTEX)

Owns natural gas gathering pipelines and processing plants in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi.

DCP Midstream (DPM)

Gathers, processes, and transports natural gas and natural gas liquids (propane) in the Gulf Coast area.

Duncan Energy Partners (DEP)

A spin-off of Enterprise Product Partners slower growing assets, Duncan operates natural gas pipelines in the Gulf Coast region of Texas and Louisiana.

El Paso Pipeline Partners (EPB)

Owns an interstate pipeline system serving the Rocky Mountain region, and an interest in the Colorado Interstate Gas Company and the Southern Natural Gas Company, which operate interstate pipelines in the Rocky Mountain and southeastern regions of the U.S.

Hiland (HLND)

Provides natural gas gathering and processing services in Mid-Continent and Rocky Mountain regions of the U.S. Also provides air compression and water injection services for oil and gas recovery in North Dakota.

MarkWest Energy Partners (MWE)

Owns and operates natural gas pipelines, processing plants, and associated facilities in the Northeast, Texas and Oklahoma.

Oneok Partners (OKS)

Oneok (formerly Northern Border Partners) owns natural gas pipelines, processing plants and associated facilities, mostly in the Mid-Continent region.

Quicksilver Gas Services (KGS)

Owns natural gas gathering and processing facilities serving the Fort Worth Basin in north Texas.

Regency Energy Partners (RGNC)

Owns natural gas gathering pipeline and processing facilities in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma.

Spectra Energy Partners (SEP)

Owns a natural gas pipeline and related facilities in Tennessee and a minority interest in a pipeline serving Florida.

Targa Resources Partners (NGLS)

Owns natural gas pipelines and processing plants in Louisiana and Texas.

TC Pipelines (TCLP)

Owns Tuscarora Gas Transmission Company, which transports natural gas from Oregon to northern Nevada, and a 50% interest in Northern Border Pipeline Company, which serves the Midwestern U.S.

Williams Partners LP (WPZ)

Owns natural gas gathering and processing assets in New Mexico and Colorado and a majority interest in an offshore natural gas gathering system off the coast of Alabama.

Williams Pipeline Partners (WMZ)

Owns a 35% interest in a bi-directional, interstate natural gas pipeline system from the San Juan Basin in New Mexico, through the Rocky Mountains to the Northwestern U.S.
